ACTS Retirement-Life Communities is Hiring a Maintenance Technician (Skilled) Near Moorestown, NJ

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Skilled) position.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience
  • General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
  • EPA Certification for HVAC (preferred)
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range

$19.60 - $23.70 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
