Responsibilities What you 'll be doing:
- Develop new and modify existing data models.
- Understand data from multiple datasets in their source format.
- Communicate with technical and business stakeholders of data.
- Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering to develop formal data structures.
- Research and evaluate technical aspects of IT systems with respect to data handling and analysis capabilities and constraints.
- Research and evaluate the user experience and methods employed by users of various IT systems.
- 3-5 years of experience with data modeling tools, processes, and artifacts.
- Experience working on projects with implemented designs.
- Effective communication working in diverse teams .
- Familiarity with ontology, semantic web, and data modeling concepts.
- Python programming and unix command line script experience.
- Data engineering / ETL experience.
- API building experience.
- TS/SCI w/Poly
