Role : Business Data AnalystLocation : Charlotte , NC (Onsite)RequirementsBachelor's Degree, Computer Science or similar, plus 8 years of experience
8 years of hand on experience in System analyst role for wealth management, Trading, Banking, Capital markets industry.
6 years of leadership experience, leading multiple team initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent RDBMS skills to query and data analysis.
Great understanding of distributed systems and API based system architectures. Should be aware of using and concepts of REST APIs, messaging based integration etc.
Core CompetenciesHighly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results
Ability to effectively inspire and influence teams and partners in delivering technology enabled business solutions that exceed business expectations
Demonstrated ability to define drive and communicate strategy and vision and influence across the organization is essential
Quick learner and self-starter who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills & strong verbal and written communications skills.
Understanding and implementation of CI/CD/Dev Ops practices, lean methodologies
