Who we are looking for:As a Systems Consultant - Training at ACV MAX, you will be instrumental in training and expanding our partnerships with key automotive retail groups. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, a strategic focus on relationship management, product advocacy, with a significant emphasis on in-person engagements with a consultative training approach. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of automotive retail experience, a deep understanding of dealership operations, and expertise in SAAS account management within the automotive sector.What you will do:Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Conduct comprehensive training sessions on ACV MAX for new users, covering system overview, functionality, report analysis, and setting success benchmarks.Ensure consistent follow-up with users post-training for at least one month to solidify the adoption and utilization of ACV MAX.Collaborate with Major Account and Inside Account executives for smooth initial launches, including coordinating training plans and schedules.Undertake significant travel to deliver live training sessions and consultative support across various locations.Serve as a product expert, capable of leading both small and large group training, tailored to the audience's expertise level.Analyze system usage post-launch to measure success and identify areas for further support or training.Provide consultative training to dealership managers, adapting to their specific needs and operational nuances.Liaise with the Director of Major and Regional Accounts to uncover training opportunities within the existing customer base.Travel: Commit to heavy travel, including 2-3 weeks per month of in-person meetings, to maintain a tangible presence with dealer partners.Perform additional duties as assigned. What you will need:Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with both live and virtual presentations.Ability to travel extensively (2-3 weeks per month).Team player with a consultative approach and the ability to work under the guidance of the VP of Customer Success.Preferred:Bachelor's degree preferred.Familiarity with Max Inventory software and an in-depth understanding of dealership operations.Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with automotive groups and auctions, is advantageous but not mandatory.Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 360 products, Salesforce, Zoom, and various automotive industry platforms (ACV, OVE, Openlane, BackLot Cars, vAuto, AAX, Inventory Plus, Vincue, Dealerslink).Proven ability to conduct and organize impactful meetings with decision-makers and managers.Strong analytical skills to gauge system usage and user competency post-training.No immigration or work visa sponsorship will be provided for this position.
