Ad Astra Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. The Lead RBT will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical direction of our clinic, working closely with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure the highest quality of care for the kiddos we work with. Duties

• Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and support to a small team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivering in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services.
• Therapy Implementation: Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring that therapy goals and objectives are effectively addressed during therapy sessions.
• Staff Training and Development: Assist in the training and onboarding of new RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Active RBT Certification: Must possess a current and active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to provide guidance and support to a team of therapists.
• Availability: At least 15-20 hours a week.
