We are currently interviewing in the Corona and surrounding areas for passionate and determined individuals to provide 1:1 direct in-home ABA therapy with children on the Autism Spectrum. This is a part time position with a set schedule (hours vary Mon-Fri between 3PM-8PM) and a pay range from $20-$26 an hour. We offer Paid same day client cancellation, travel time and mile reimbursement.Ad Astra offers the RBT Certification Program to become registered as a behavior technician with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) and growth opportunities that can lead all the way to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Responsibilities:
✨Spread Pixie Dust of Positive Reinforcement✨: Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to promote positive behaviors and skill development in individuals with unique abilities.
Collaborate with 🪄Fairy Godparents (Parents)🪄: Work closely with families, providing guidance, support, and training to empower them to continue the magic at home.
🏰Dream Team Collaboration🏰: Collaborate with a team of professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to create a unified and synergistic approach to individualized care.
