Our PE backed client is seeking to hire a contract VP Finance Transformation to assist the CFO during a period of transformation.

The role involves sitting across a number of departments to visualize what good looks like and carry out various improvement projects to tackle these hurdles.

The ideal candidate will have phenomenal education profile with an MBA and ideally an interim / consultancy background across a wide variety of industry sectors, ideally PE backed FMCG / Manufacturing businesses. You will have great knowledge of Finance and Accounting practices, and have proven experience improving various components across the function. Analytical exposure, systems, Business Intelligence and data manipulation will be extremely beneficial. You will display a tried and tested ability of liaising with Private Equity owners and board level stakeholders., presenting findings and making suggestions. .

Both W2 and 1099 can be accommodated. This will be a contract role for a period of approximately 6.

Rate $150- $215 per hour.
