• 3 years of leadership experience with a passion for nurturing talent and helping them grow.
• Exceptional Strategic Planning skills – knowing how to create and implement strategic agency growth plans that lead to business expansion. Ability to analyze the market, identify growth opportunities, and set clear objectives.
• Innate talent in streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and scaling business.
• Solid understanding of financial management, including forecasting, analysis, budgeting, managing the P&L, and resource allocation.
• Strong client relationship development skills. Skilled in understanding client needs, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining those relationships to drive growth and retention.
