Currently, we are seeking for a few "Full Stack .NET Developers” to work on significant projects for our esteemed clients.

Key Accountabilities:

•  Delivery of technical solutions considering business, technical and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of developers to uplift current systems, improving process, quality and technologies, including DevOps, Agile and CI practices.
• Assist the Development Manager and Product Owner, ensuring all projects continue in an appropriate and effective manner.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate across platforms and units to contribute to designing the architecture of the future incorporating considerations such as security of data, cost of ownership, cost of change, speed to release, use of Artificial Intelligence, role-based access, and identity management.
• Communicate effectively with business stake holders, technical peers by presentation of findings via showcasing and quality, coherent documentation.

You will need :

Strong Technical delivery experience. Solid communication skills; results oriented with ability to drive high delivery efficiency; analytically rigorous with a high attention to detail; ability to influence peers so that new processes and methods are accepted, agreed upon and followed; can constructively challenge stakeholders in a professional manner on their needs to determine best solutions; flexibility & adaptability.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong technical background, 10 years technical experience, including including React JS, GraphQL, Typescript, REST, .Net, C#, Azure, DevOps and REST, .Net, C#, CosmosDB, DevOps, Azure engineering.
• Practical experience implementing continuous improvement practices in delivery teams, including automated build and automated testing.
• Practical experience with secure coding, microservices development, integration technologies, Test Driven Development; Behaviour Driven Development.

Desirable Qualification and Experience:

Tertiary qualifications; Financial Services/Insurance/Life Insurance industry background; Life Insurance experience; CI/CD &DevOps experience; Azure DevOps experience; Legacy system migration/replacement, Confluence, Jira.
