Adagio Health Inc is looking to hire one (1) full-time Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at its Uniontown office.

DAY IN THE LIFE ADVENTURE:

• Transform Lives: Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling to patients with various health conditions, including obesity, pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, and more. Witness the positive impact of your expertise as you help them make sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Combat Food Insecurity: Become a beacon of hope for those facing food insecurity. Connect them with essential resources and provide access to our on-site food cupboard, ensuring they have the nourishment they need to thrive.
• Lead the Change: Spearhead our Diabetes Prevention Program in Uniontown, utilizing your leadership skills to educate and empower individuals to prevent or delay the onset of diabetes.
• Innovate and Expand: Be at the forefront of expanding our programs. Explore the potential of adding two additional disease state programs to our organization, leveraging your creativity and knowledge to enhance our impact.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REGISTERED DIETITIAN NUTRITIONIST

• Registered Dietitian (RD) with active Pennsylvania licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of nutrition counseling experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for empowering individuals to achieve their health goals.
