Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Oxford, CT. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer satisfaction, customer service, lead generation, and account management.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Account Management skills
  • Strong customer satisfaction and customer service abilities
  • Experience in lead generation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the weighing equipment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Able to make 100 outbound calls per day.
  • Previous inside sales or call center experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
