Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies to meet organizational goals.

Duties:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
- Conduct data analysis using tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Python
- Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data insights
- Assist in project management activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Utilize ETL tools like Talend for data integration
- Implement predictive modeling using R and vaticinate for forecasting

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting
- Experience with ETL processes and tools like Talend
- Strong project management skills
