Responsibilities:

• Teach a dynamic curriculum of Health and Physical Education classes to high school students on an every-other-day schedule.
• Engage students through innovative and interactive teaching methods tailored to diverse learning needs and styles.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to promote holistic student wellness and physical education goals.
• Opportunity to serve as a substitute teacher on alternate days, enhancing educational continuity and broadening teaching experience.
• Participate in the development and implementation of school-wide health and fitness initiatives and events.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic school environment that encourages students to embrace healthy lifestyles.

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching license to teach Phsical Education and Health
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
