We're seeking an Associate Production Manager to join our construction leadership team. This position has great career promotion opportunities with direct path to senior management. Our Associate Production Manager will be paid a base salary plus potential for monthly bonuses.
Our Associate Production Managers oversee the construction of new homes and ensure high-quality service to our clients by performing the following duties:

• Assist in growing trade partner & superintendent team to support division’s growth
• Train new superintendents
• Daily visits to Adams Homes jobs
• Conduct inspections for quality control for all stages of construction.
• Help ensure safe worksite conditions

Construction experience is required along with a relentless desire to learn and a sincere passion for new home construction.
