Adams & Martin Group is currently working with a boutique Minneapolis firm looking for a Senior Corporate Associate to join their local team. The full-service law firm has a dynamic and rapidly growing presence in the Minneapolis market dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to their diverse national client base.
As a Senior Corporate Associate, you will play a crucial role on the legal team, working on a variety of corporate transactions and providing strategic advice to clients. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues and contribute to the success of clients' businesses. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the drafting and negotiation of various corporate agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and research to support client transactions.
- Provide legal advice and support on general corporate matters.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.
