A prestigious and dynamic law firm is currently seeking an experienced Associate to join our Finance & Restructuring Practice Group. This position offers a stimulating and rewarding opportunity to work on complex commercial finance transactions, playing a pivotal role in driving results for our distinguished clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex commercial finance transactions with a focus on excellence and precision.
• Draft, review, and negotiate comprehensive loan documentation, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of clients' needs.
• Provide expert advice on the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, and leveraged finance.
• Represent a diverse set of clients, including borrowers, lenders, private equity sponsors, and agents, ensuring their best interests are maintained in a variety of finance transactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 4 to 6 years of substantive experience in commercial finance law, with a proven track record of handling significant transactions.
• Robust knowledge of the Uniform Commercial Code and secured transactions.
• Demonstrated capability in drafting complex legal documentation and negotiating critical agreements.
• A strategic thinker with a creative and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Highly motivated and entrepreneurial, with a strong desire to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team.
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of Georgia.
