Responsibilities Include
- Personnel records management.

- Employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Overseeing policies and compliance.
- Updating firm administrative handbook.

- Assisting with payroll.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of progressively responsible HR work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business or equivalent experience.
- HRCI or SHRM HR Certification is strongly preferred.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management.
- Applicants must CURRENTLY reside in the Denver metropolitan area.
