An Am Law 100 law firm is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their team out of their Denver, CO office.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate attorney support
  • Calendaring, scheduling, billing
• Creating TOCs/TOAs
• Filing via NetDocuments
• Verify court deadlines and relay to attorneys and support staff
• Transcription of audio recordings
• Submit new client matters
• Review/revise client pre-bills

Qualifications:

• MUST have 5 years of legal administrative/secretary experience
  • Preference for experience in labor and employment
• Understanding of court rules/ECF procedures
• Time management, strong organization, and positive attitude
• Ability to support multiple attorneys

Salary: $65-$90k/yr.
