Compensation: $145,000 - $190,000

Position Description:

Our client, a nationally recognized corporate and transactional law firm, is looking for a Life Sciences Attorney to add to their outstanding team on a direct-hire basis.

Requirements:

JD from a prestigious law school.

Licensed to practice law in Colorado or willingness to obtain licensure.

2-8 years of experience at a leading national or international law firm, or in a sophisticated in-house legal department.

Well-organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects independently under deadline pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex issues clearly and concisely to attorneys and clients.

Strong interpersonal skills for professional interactions with staff, attorneys, and clients.

Exhibits a strong sense of ownership over projects and proactively seeks ways to improve processes.

Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Able to handle a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with flexibility.

Capable of identifying legal issues and exercising sound judgment.

Responsibilities:

Review, edit, and draft contracts for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies, including agreements for:

* Clinical trials

* Consulting and professional services

* Manufacturing and supply

* Research and development

* Intellectual property licensing

* Quality, sales, and distribution

* Participate in contract negotiations.

Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to align agreements with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and contract documentation to support contract execution.

Years of Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience with pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device companies.

Billable Hours:

1300 minimum billable hour requirement.
