As a Litigation Assistant at our Lemon Law firm, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys and legal professionals specializing in cases related to defective vehicles. You will assist in managing case files, drafting legal documents, communicating with clients and opposing parties, and ensuring the smooth operation of the litigation process. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and understanding of Lemon Law procedures will contribute to the success of our firm in advocating for consumers.

4. Well spoken, and articulate (Bi-Lingual Preferred but NOT required)
5. Doesn't mind the repetitive duties however striving to take on more once they prove themselves
6. Tech savy or enjoys the use of technology. Meaning, either have worked in a CRM such as Salesforce or another version and is comfortable
7. Able to utilize Excel without wondering how to log into Excel… tech literate
8. Wants to establish a place where they can dig in drive their career and looking for upward mobility
Hard requirements:
* Tech Savvy, has worked on a CRM (Sales Force)
* Well Spoken and articulate (Spanish speaking preferred)
