Job Description
Law firm with offices throughout Southern California is seeking a 3-10 year paralegal to assist on insurance defense matters with emphasis on construction defect cases, litigation defense.
The ideal candidate should be adept at preparing and tracking subpoenas, reviewing and summarizing medical records, employment records and third-party vendor records and written discovery responses.
Trial preparation experience is beneficial.
The right candidate will be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail, strong writing, and analytical skills, and be able to work efficiently and independently.
