• Daily interaction with clients via phone and email to keep them updated on their case
• Maintain internal databases and case tracking tools
• Request all supporting documents to prove clients claim. Including, but not limited to, medical records, proof of use documentation, etc.
• Review, upload, and process daily correspondence delivered via mail, email, or fax
• Interview and assist clients in completing case questionnaires, plaintiff fact sheets, and short form complaints
• Electronic filing of pleadings
• Compliance with deadlines and calendaring of Court deadlines
• Assist in maintaining organized and detailed records of all case-related documents and communications
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output
• Perform other overflow tasks as assigned to ensure timely and efficient case management
• Document review
• Routine office duties as assigned
