Mid-sized firm seeking attorney who can work well in collaborative environment, possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, and has preferably prior applicant experience. Requires participation in a variety of company activities such as hosted events, golf tournaments, networking events, etc. The candidate will handle day-to-day of cases and hearings. They will draft and file litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum. They will guide clients through the cases process and interact with expert witnesses to include conferences and drafting of expert reports and affidavits.
