The Nutritional Services Quality Assurance Technician assists the Department Manager with ensuring the facility follows all guidelines for sanitation, food safety, and nutrition set by the Federal, State, and local governments.Assists with interviewing, onboarding, and training staff in sanitation, customer service, and nutrition following all network policies and procedures.Prepares and serves meals maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, housekeeping, and safety.The Nutritional Services Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for sanitation of all related work areas within the Nutritional Services Department.Assists manager with ensuring the highest quality in-room and dining room service for residents, guests, and staff.The job will entail access to confidential information such as patient health information (PHI).Must demonstrate ethical behavior and respect for security and privacy.

40 hours per week - First Shift
6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Every Other Weekend
Serve-Safe Manager Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year senior living food service experience preferred, but not required.
