We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment, providing 24/7 on-call support on a rotating schedule, with an initial on-site presence at Overland Park before transitioning to a hybrid remote role. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in PC and hardware troubleshooting, a strong customer service approach, and proficiency in ITSM systems, MS Windows 7 , and Office 365. Effective communication and a collaborative spirit are essential.
