Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Patent Agent. The Patent Agent will be responsible for patent preparation, patent applications, patent searching, patentability analysis, and related patent matters. The role is located in Mobile, AL and offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- USPTO Registered Patent Agent
- Patent Preparation, Patent Applications, and Patent Law skills
- Experience in patentability analysis and patent searching
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in the legal field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
