Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application and database components for new and existing systems.
• Review and create technical requirements and specifications for reports and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Participate in the development of test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of data and reporting processes.
• Monitor, identify, and implement updates or changes based on business requirements.
• Work closely with departments to define and execute reporting specifications.
• Provide troubleshooting support and optimize the performance of reporting systems.
• Attend regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and development strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred but not required).
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a backend or full-stack developer or as a data analyst with reporting responsibilities.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or C#).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certifications: Industry-relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
