Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with a strong emphasis on HR systems and processes, and a solid understanding of Finance systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working on Job Coding Rationalization projects, including mapping HR and Finance processes, analyzing current workflows, and making strategic recommendations for process improvement. This role is critical in aligning HR and Finance systems with organizational needs, ensuring efficient operations, and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and map out current HR and Finance processes.
• Lead Job Coding Rationalization projects to review, refine, and standardize job codes across the organization.
• Conduct detailed process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within HR and Finance systems.
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, data mapping, and system requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing HR and Finance processes based on industry best practices.
• Support the implementation of new processes and systems, including training and change management.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to ensure process changes are delivering the expected benefits.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on HR and Finance systems and processes.
• Proven experience in Job Coding Rationalization projects or similar initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Finance systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to map processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in documenting business requirements, process flows, and data mapping.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in HR process optimization, workforce planning, and compensation analysis.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
