Client Company Overview
Our client is one of the leading manufacturer of railcars in North America, offering a wide range of railcar products and services.
Job Site Location:
Fort Worth, TX 76179
Pay Rate:
$18.30/hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Load work instructions into the information centers and maintain paper and electronic records
- Update production tracking systems
- Pull customer approvals, shopping instructions, and scopes of work
- Update car component information company system
- Backup to certificate entry in Metal Trace
- Create folders for inbound railcars and submit Bills of Lading for outbound railcars
- Obtain customer approval and invoice finished product to meet monthly goals
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be highly proficient with MS Office Professional Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses excellent grammar, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with time management and meeting deadlines.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma preferred with 2-4 years of related experience.
