Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex journal entries accurately.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and monitor account activities.
• Ensure proper coding and recording of transactions.
• Lead month-end close processes, including financial statement preparation.
• Calculate and record accruals for expenses and revenues.
• Assist in financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Provide insights to improve financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with a focus on journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger management, month-end close, and accruals.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
