Administrative Assistant

Contract to Hire

$20-$22 Per Hour DOE

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Main Duties or Job Description:

· Assist Office Coordinator in various tasks

· Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials

· Produce brochures and other promotional information

· Assist in responding to requests for quotes & requests for proposals

· Support business development initiatives

· Work with internal databases for projects, leads, etc.

· Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing/literature/communications, or other related field of study OR High School Diploma with 4-5 years of experience

· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with an architectural/engineering professional firm

· Familiar with Adobe Programs (In-Design, Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.)
