About Us: Addison Group is seeking a dedicated and organized Benefits Administrator/Leave of Absence Coordinator to join our team, supporting a full- service residential real estate company in Downtown Dallas. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and culturally rich environment, with a hybrid work arrangement available after the first 60 days.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage various employee leaves, including FMLA, Personal/Medical LOA, PDL, and more.
• Handle the leave process for approximately 70 employees on leave at any given time.
• Participate in the transition to a centralized Benefits model, starting with manual processes.
• Work with third-party companies to improve leave management efficiency.
• Oversee COBRA administration, ensuring compliance and effective communication with employees.
• Process weekly bank deposits related to LOA, COBRA, and Flex Spending Account reconciliations.
• Handle additional payments as necessary to maintain financial accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications:

4 years of Leave and Accommodations Experience

Multistate Experience

Experience in Leave Administration within a large organization (targeting a few thousand employees)
