Our client, a financial institution, is seeking a Branch manager to support their team!

Job Details:

• Title: Branch Manager

• Rate/Salary: $55,000-$60,000

Candidate profile and qualifications:

• Experience in working with tellers, member services, and loan policies, professional communication, providing customer service, and supervising employees
• Technical Skills : Proficient in Meridian, Symitar, or something similar
• Soft Skills : Professional, Communicative, Personable, and Dedicated
• Education : Bachelors Degree Preferred, not required

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead branch operations and online account functions to meet financial, operational, service, and growth targets
• Ensure compliance with all Credit Union rules and regulations
• Supervise, train, and review branch personnel; conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Monitor branch performance relative to established objectives and take corrective actions as needed
• Maintain communication with Member Service areas and prepare standard reports
• Provide advice and solutions to member inquiries and handle escalations
• Represent the branch and Credit Union in relationships with members, sponsor organizations, and other financial institutions
• Suggest and implement process improvements; update procedures as needed
• Monitor branch activities for compliance with policies and procedures
• Support staff as needed and underwrite consumer loans per Credit Union policy
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
