Job Description
Business Analyst
Office Location: Houston, TX
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and structure business requirements, procedures, and problems that will improve business processes through automation and business process re-engineering.
- Configure system settings and options in accordance with corporate policies and best practices.
- Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Evaluate the impact of system changes introduced by customizations, interfaces, patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure timely, effective and efficient delivery of corporate systems.
- Provide consultation and support to end users as escalation point from Tier 1 support.
- Coordinate and collaborate with dedicated offshore testing resources in the duties listed above.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT BA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is preferred.
