Job Description
Title : Clinical Assistant
Location : Charlotte, NC
Pay : $24-28 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities : This candidate will be responsible for assisting physicians while in clinic. Duties include but are not limited to: assisting with procedures, preparing surgical trays and setting up the sterile field, triage calls, performing prior authorizations, and chart preparation. This role will be in a busy general surgery setting.
Requirements :
- 3 years of experience as a certified or registered medical assistant
- General surgery experience preferred, but may have experience with other specialites
- NextGen or Epic experience preferred
- Must be a team player and have a proactive mindset
