Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
  • Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner.
  • Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and accounting staff, to address client concerns and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Analyze client payment patterns and recommend strategies to improve collections and reduce delinquency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices in collections and implement changes as needed to optimize collection processes.
  • Provide regular reports to management on collection activities, including outstanding balances and collection trends.

Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field

· 2 years of Collections experience

· Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Proficient in MS Word & Excel.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
