Job Title: Cybersecurity Awareness Training Analyst

Pay Rate: $50-$65/hour

Contract Length: At least 6 months, good potential to extend.

Work Model: Hybrid; 2-3x/week onsite

Job Description: We are seeking a strong and creative Cybersecurity Awareness Training Analyst to join our team to support the successful delivery of cybersecurity education, awareness, and training for our organization. This is a dynamic people-driven role that includes the creation of engaging security awareness content, phishing campaigns, reports, metrics, and training that resonates with a variety of business operations across the country. This person will be developing and delivering Cybersecurity educational content across multiple platforms (print/digital signage, newsletters, website, virtual/in-person training) that is compelling, relevant, refreshing, and ensures security best practices and adherence to policies to reduce cybersecurity risks. A large part of this role will be creating/tracking phishing campaigns, key trainings, and awareness outreach initiatives and in turn creating recurring reports to capture vulnerability click-rates and metrics using Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with PSAT Proofpoint platform, Adobe Articulate 360, KnowBe4, HoxHunt, and other LMS systems are preferred.
