Processes multi-state payroll accurately and timely for multiple divisions, including commissions and bonuses.
Maintains employee payroll records and timecards.
Tracks and follows up on new hire benefit enrollments.
Processes all voluntary and involuntary deductions such as benefits, 401(k) loans, garnishments, and levies.
Resolves payroll discrepancies and answers employee questions related to payroll and benefits.
Processes and audits year-end forms including W-2s and 1095-Cs.
Prepares ad hoc reports for internal customers. Enters various spreadsheet data.
Conduct periodic training to ensure all supervisors and managers understand their payroll and HRIS responsibilities, including approving timecards and time off requests.
Assist in the commission reconciliation process.
Manages the short- and long-term disability process.
