Job Summary:

The Cybersecurity Risk Manager is responsible for overseeing risk management and ensuring the organization's information systems operate at an acceptable level of risk. This role involves evaluating risk and compliance, developing policies and strategies, coordinating cyber operations, and aligning privacy and security objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, hold relevant certifications, and possess experience in risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and approve accreditation packages to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Ensure information systems maintain an acceptable risk level in accordance with industry standards.
• Review authorization and assurance documents to verify that risk levels for software applications, systems, and networks are within acceptable limits.
• Develop and implement policies, plans, and strategies in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate with various departments and external partners to coordinate cyber operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader objectives.
• Apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to fulfill organizational requirements.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation of critical infrastructure systems.

Required Technical Skills:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management standards and frameworks (ISO/IEC 15026-2, RMF).
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Certifications such as ICAP, CCSP, CISSP, or Cloud are a major plus
