Job Responsibilities:

• Design and engineer Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, encompassing identity assurance and registration, access request, provisioning, reauthorization, public key infrastructure, remote access, and directory technologies.
• Develop technical solutions for Oracle Access Manager Identity Access Management (IAM) system, covering requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and implementation support.
• Lead the technical support of IAM infrastructure components.
• Formulate project plans and oversee IAM maintenance and upgrades.
• Create tailored solutions for the IAM system.
• Integrate Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions into the IAM framework.
• Execute software security tasks including design, configuration, development, and maintenance.
• Address Identity & Access management issues identified in the production system.
• Revise security design documentation as necessary in response to production issues.
• Formulate technical security designs based on requirement specifications.
• Develop security/identity manager utilizing Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Access Manager, ensuring alignment with technical design and requirements specifications.
• Conduct unit-level testing of security features within Oracle security suites.
• Establish, configure, and manage access policies within Oracle Identity Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field plus five years of experience in software system development involving Identity Access Management technologies and architecture.
• Five years of experience with Oracle Access Manager (OAM).
• Database development experience with Oracle 10g/11g.
• Proficiency in web application security development on the JAVA platform.
• Designing secure web service/web API.
• Utilizing OAM/OIM 11g for supporting cloud application integration, covering setup, configuration, and administration.
• Performance tuning and load testing of security products.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies such as SCRUM.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for complex issues.
• Comprehensive understanding of technical data architectures.
• Proficiency in using TOAD, SQL Developer, and Erwin.
• Ability to analyze intricate business and technical requirements to devise innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
