Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our client's fast-paced renal specialty office. This person is responsible for managing clinic flow by assisting providers with their patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle lab work and medication management
- Manage critical calls and patient discharges
- Order labs and medications as needed
- Support the doctor with various tasks as required
- 1 years of recent healthcare experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly personality, ablility to work with a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dress Code: Scrubs
- EMR/Software: E-clinical works (flexible with other software experience)
- Office Volume: 20-30 patients per day
- Parking: Onsite
- Great team and work atmosphere
- Frequent team lunches provided by representatives
