Pay Rate: $40-50/hour
Are you looking for a growth opportunity for a reputable company with a positive work environment? Our client, a large non-profit organization, is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. Please contact us today to discuss this opportunity!
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Records monthly fixed asset depreciation and amortization of prepaid expenses
- Records adjusting and reclassification journal entries.
- Performs interim and annual fixed asset inventory.
- Assists with preparation of the annual budget.
- Performs year-end audit reconciliations.
- Assists with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- Three to five years of relevant job experience
- Requires knowledge of GAAP
- Knowledge of SAGE INTACCT REQUIRED
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Requires the ability to work independently on assigned duties and must be able to work with minimum supervision on special projects.
- Pay: We negotiate high salaries using U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
