Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and training the programming team.
- Write code contributing to programming tasks and have their own set of projects and tasks.
- Oversee execution and delivery of projects.
- Ensure a robust software development program focusing on quality, security, and successful deployment to ensure deadlines are being met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Programming or applicable experience
- 10 years of RPG programming experience.
- Experience in ERP, WMS, and MES solution.
- 3 years of management experience
