Property Manager
Location: San Francisco CA
Salary: $70-72k / year
Job Responsibilities
· Oversee property management operations for large residential complex
· Greet tenants, answer and appropriately direct incoming calls, and manage daily office operations
· Coordinate with tenants regarding inquiries
· Manage vendors and contractors as needed
· Prepare correspondence and reports for invoicing
· Distribute information including building memorandums, contact lists, and events
Position Qualifications/Requirements:
· 5 years' residential property management and affordable housing experience
· Knowledge of affordable housing programs (i.e., HUD, Tax Credit, Section 8, MOH)
· Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) or other equivalent designations
· Basic knowledge of landlord tenant issues and conflict resolution
· Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and 504 compliance related issues
· Ability to work with limited supervision
· Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate with all levels of staff and handle multiple tasks from various office departments
· Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required
