Responsibilities
- Record all cash receipts, deposits and payments
- Generate PO’s
- Accounts Payable invoice processing for all entities, confirming accuracy of coding
- Credit card reconciliation and payment processing
- Generate AR invoices for entities
- Prepare month end journal entries and allocations
- Indirect cost allocation preparation
- Assist in the annual external audit(s)
- Degree in Accounting
- System: Excel
- Pay: We negotiate high salaries using US Bureau of Labor Statistics
