Addison Group is Hiring a Senior Accountant Near Torrance, CA
Addison Group, in partnership with our client near Irvine, seeks a Senior Accountant to join their team. This role is currently fully remote but will be on a hybrid schedule.
Compensation/Benefits – Salary can increase up to $105,000 depending on qualifications.
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily activities within the accounting department
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
- Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets
- Assist in forecasting financial trends and variances
- Coordinate and support external and internal audit processes
- Manage cash flow
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial activities.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Required Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
- CPA Preferred
