Title – Senior HR Manager

Hours: 8 - 5 - Onite

Pay: Up to $135,000

Location: Owensboro, KY *Company will provide relocation*

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, mediating disputes, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and implement performance management, training, and development programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Input and manage employee and payroll information in ADP.
  • Participates in special projects to support human resources strategies and business objectives.
  • Responsible for management of the Company’s OFCCP/AAP program and related record keeping.
  • As required, provides reports and analysis in collaboration with Corporate Human Resources on compensation and benefit surveys data.
  • Manage and provide leadership and development to direct reports.
