Senior Project Accountant -Greenwood Village, CO

$95-$100k base bonus

Hybrid 2-3 days/week in office

We are currently partnered with a high tech 3D terrain imaging organization who is looking for a Senior Project Accountant to join their team. This person would be joining a small knit team and would have responsibility for all GL and project accounting for the organization. This is a high visibility role where the Sr. Project Accountant works directly with the Controller and CFO of the organization to help improve accounting processes. A successful candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment with minimal management oversight. Responsibilities for Senor Project Accountant in Denver, CO:

• Track and maintain all project accounting records including: percent to completion, WIP, revenue, project budget tracking and project variances
• Month end close activities, journal entries, cost accruals, reconciliations, prepaids, accruals and financial statement preparations
• Work directly with Controller to develop efficient accounting process

Requirements:

• BS in Accounting with 5 years of professional accounting experience. 3 years of experience in project accounting
• Experience working in the construction or manufacturing industries
• GreatPlains experience is highly desired
