UI/UX Developer

Location: Nashville, TN

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities
•Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
•Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and workflows.
•Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
•Develop high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
•Hold focus groups
•Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
•Analyze user feedback and make data-driven design decisions to enhance overall user experience.
•Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development.
•Implement innovative design solutions to enhance the overall quality of our digital products.
Qualifications
•A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and front-end development skills.
•Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
•Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
•Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
•Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
•Previous experience in fintech companies and/or start up environments.
•Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
