We are looking to hire a Spa Front Desk Receptionist to join our professional team. If you have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this opportunity is for you.
Qualified candidates must possess:

• Must be available to work from 9:00 am-6:00 pm; including weekends and holidays
• Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Proficient with computer
• Prior experience in similar setting preferred but not required
• Prior resort or country club experience preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet members (with surnames)
• Check-in all members
• Answer phones and understand the phone system
• Make appointments for members
• Distribute towels, robes, locker keys, and sandals
• Inform members about services/products
• Confirm appointments
• Be familiar with all opening and closing procedures
• Ring up member services
• Provide administrative assistance when needed
• Pull/file daily sheets for the spa
• Be knowledgeable about the spa menu
• Report to work appropriately dressed and on time

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $17.00 an hour:
